Platform Role
MARASIM is a platform that connects customers with venues and service providers. We facilitate bookings and payments but are not a party to the actual service agreements between customers and providers.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider. Booking terms, cancellation policies, and pricing are set by individual providers.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through our platform. You agree to pay all charges associated with your bookings. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the service provider.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider. Please review the specific terms before booking. MARASIM is not responsible for refund decisions made by providers.
Reviews & Content
You may submit reviews and content through our platform. You agree not to post false, defamatory, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Your Content and Rights
Venue owners and service providers may upload photographs, descriptions and other material to their listings. You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading it, you grant MARASIM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that material in our applications, on our website and in marketing for the platform, for as long as your listing remains active. You confirm that you own the material or otherwise hold the rights needed to grant this licence, and that displaying it does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or privacy rights. You are responsible for the material you upload, and we may remove anything that appears to breach these terms or the rights of a third party. Removing a listing or closing your account withdraws the licence, except for copies already distributed or retained as required by law.
Third-Party Content and Services
Some information shown on the platform comes from third parties. Venue ratings and reviews may be supplied by Google through the Google Places API, and location and address features use Google Maps. That material belongs to Google and its users, is shown subject to Google's terms, and may be cached for a short period so the app remains usable offline. We do not control third-party content and do not warrant that it is accurate, current or complete. Your use of these features is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policy.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
MARASIM acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of services provided by third-party venues or service providers. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
