This Privacy Policy describes how MARASIM collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application and services.
What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, payment information, and any other information you choose to provide. We also collect information about your device, usage patterns, and location data when you use our services.
Photos and Camera
Venue owners and service providers can add images to their listings. We ask for access to your camera and photo library only at the moment you choose to add an image, and we access nothing beyond the images you select. We never browse or upload your library in the background. Images you add are stored on our media servers and shown on your listing in the MARASIM apps and website while that listing is active. Removing an image from a listing removes it from public view. You can withdraw camera or photo access at any time in your device's iOS or Android settings; the rest of the app continues to work without it.
Push Notifications
If you allow notifications, we store a device token supplied by Apple or Google so we can send you alerts about new bookings, reminders the day before a booking, and messages from customers. The token identifies your device, not you personally, and we use it only to deliver these notifications. It is removed when you sign out or turn notifications off, and you can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or under Profile in the app. Push delivery is handled by Firebase Cloud Messaging, and the token is shared with that service for that purpose alone.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you communications, personalize your experience, and ensure the security of our platform.
Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform, processing payments, and delivering services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
